Scale ClubRedline

Hey everyone. I just painted my dodge charger with testors jade green metal flake paint and I got two tears on my body. Well it's the first time that it happens to me and i'm just wondering what i should do. Should i wait for the paint to dry, sand the tear with small grit sandpaper and recoat the area? Or should I do something else?

The paint didn't adhere well. Try a primer coat next time.
